Chef Mitzi Jackson is a Charlotte-based celebrity chef and owner of Twist by Chef MJ, specializing in luxury private dining, bespoke wedding catering, and elevated culinary experiences throughout Charlotte and the Carolinas.

Known for her personalized approach, Chef Mitzi creates experiences that go far beyond traditional catering. Every menu is custom curated around the client’s vision, personal tastes, culture, occasion, and story. From sophisticated cocktail-hour hors d’oeuvres and chef-curated tasting menus to elegant plated dinners, butler-served buffets, and intimate chef’s tables, each experience is thoughtfully designed from presentation to final course.

A former Executive Chef at the University of Pennsylvania, Chef Mitzi brings extensive culinary leadership and event expertise to her work. Her television appearances include Food Network’s Chopped and Guy’s Grocery Games, along with frequent appearances on Charlotte Today and other local media.

Chef Mitzi has catered weddings and upscale events throughout the Charlotte region and works with venues including Piccione Vineyards and The Yorkmont.
